A Sunrise Gathering for Connection and Renewal
Saturday, January 10, 2026 | 6:30 a.m.–9:30 a.m.Join us at LUV at First Light, an intimate morning to celebrate Mara Zapiain Monroe’s birthday and welcome 2026 with intention. This gathering is designed to start the year feeling clear, grounded, and deeply connected through wellness and community.
THE MORNING FLOW
• Sunrise Yoga: A gentle flow led by Blanca Magos from 4EverYoga
• Holistic Ceremony: A brief, intentional opening for 2026 performed by Maggie Rubio from Haseya Holistic Ceremonies
• Shared Breakfast: A nourishing meal by Chef Monroe to fuel our new year
*While the gathering marks Mara's birthday, the primary objective is to offer you a meaningful moment of alignment and renewal.
WHAT TO WEAR:
The vibe is casual and low-key. We will be on mats moving during yoga, sitting on the ground for the ceremony. and then continuing to breakfast.
• Dress Code: Yoga clothes or comfy wear.
• Color Scheme: We’re playing with a theme of love and serenity and invite you to wear red (whether it’s clothing, a headband, your bag, or lipstick) with touches of/or white.
*Please don't stress if you can't find anything!
• Layers: Bring a sweater or cover-up for the chilly early morning air.
*There are bathrooms and changing areas too, in case you prefer to change for breakfast.
WHAT TO BRING:
• Sunglasses and sun protection
• Tennis shoes, comfy shoes, or sandals
• Business cards for new connections
• Positive vibes :)
